Terms and Conditions
Customers may switch from Standard Plan to Saver Plan at any time. However, customers must stay on the Saver Plan for at least 30 days before they can switch back to the Standard Plan. The extra credit promotion (€ 5 = € 10, € 10 = € 20, € 20 = € 40) is only valid for the Standard Tariff Plan and is not applicable on the Saver Tariff Plan. After switching from Standard Plan to Saver Plan the customer will lose their current promotional balance. Activate the Saver Plan by sending a free text to 2525 with the text SAVER. Saver Plan rates are valid from 06.07.2017.
