How do I activate the offer:
- 1. Order a free SIM and activate your temporary number
- 2. Register your SIM card online
- 3. Complete the form Request for port in and the process will start. Keep in mind that your registration details and your port in details match to guarantee a successful transfer
- 4. Once your number has been transferred successfully, you receive a confirmation text or dial *102# to see your current number on the screen
- 5. Make sure you have at least €15 credit balance on your account for the Saver plan or €30 if you opt in the Standard price plan. When your number has been successfully transferred, you can activate the offer by texting 'PORTIN' to 3333

Terms and Conditions:
This offer applies to customers that port their number to Lyca Mobile from another operator. In order to get the Offer, the customers must request the activation of the Offer when they request the number portability. Customers must wait for the confirmation message before using the offer or can check if the offer is active dialing *136#. The bundle offer is valid for 30 days and is subject to auto-renewal, therefore customers are required to keep the minimum balance amount on their account to allow the first activation and subsequent renewals, unless they want to cancel the renewal which you can do by dialing *190#. If a customer has insufficient credit for the renewal of the offer, the customer will have 48 hours to top-up and text PORTIN to 3333 again. Customers must wait for the confirmation message again before using the offer. The Offer is not applicable to the number ported to Lyca Mobile that was ported-out from Lyca Mobile in the previous 15 days. It is possible to use the offer when roaming in European Union countries (EU/EEA countries), but a maximum data limit of 7.5GB will be applied. The Offer is for non-commercial, private, personal use only. The offer is also subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which can find on our website www.lycamobile.nl. Lyca Mobile reserves the right to amend or vary the terms of this offer, or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice. The offer is valid for numbers that will be ported to Lyca Mobile until 31/05/2024.
